T1ps.com was founded in April 2000 and became Rivington Street Holdings in 2004. It is a PLUS quoted conglomerate.

It operates and generates revenue through 11 wholly-owned subsidiaries, encompassing fund management, stock broking, market research, events management, software development and public relations and its headquarters are in Douglas, Isle of Man. It also operates from four offices in London and one in New York.
