Tom Winnifrith
Director of Strategy

Tom is the Founder of Rivington Street Holdings and has over 20 years experience working in the financial markets arena. He started his career in the City at County NatWest in 1990, before moving into financial journalism, firstly at the Investors Chronicle and then onto the London Evening Standard, AFX News and UK-Invest. In 1999, he fronted the controversial and ground breaking TV programme 'Show Me The Money' on Channel 4 for 2 years . Tom then decided to launch t1ps.com in 2000, an investment advice website concentrating on smaller companies. Due to its success, Tom expanded the t1ps offering with the launch of a specialist smaller company fund management arm - t1ps Investment Management in 2007, Tom is currently the lead fund manager for 10 investments funds and vehicles.

Jim Mellon
Non-Executive Chairman

Jim gained a masters degree in politics, philosophy and economics at Oxford and then worked in fund management in Asia and the USA before establishing his own investment business, Burnbrae, in 1991. He is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Regent Pacific Group Limited and a director of Charlemagne Capital Limited and various other investment companies. His other investments include a substantial property portfolio in Germany and the Sleepwell Hotels chain. Jim spends most of his time on start-up ideas and investing.

Denham Eke
Non Executive Director

Denham began his career in stock broking before moving into corporate planning for a major UK insurance broker. He is a Director of many years standing of both public and private companies involved in the retail, manufacturing and financial services sectors. He is currently Chairman of Webis Holdings plc and Managing Director of Burnbrae Group Ltd.
