Quartzsite is a global distribution company which supplies active pharmaceutical ingredients to the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, diagnostic and cosmetic industries. In the year to January 31st 2010 Quartzsite generated revenues of £606,000, a pre-tax profit of £36,000 and as at 23rd November 2010 it had net cash of £4,000.

Biostability is a developer of temperature stabilisation technologies and owns a wide range of patents developed by Professor Bruce Roser.
