On 8th November Rivington Street Ventures, bought US-based financial research software provider Jovus Inc.

The Jovus business will be merged with Blue Curve Limited, to create the first truly global provider of financial research software. Jovus' customer base is complimentary to Blue Curve, and the combined business will become the largest provider of financial research software solutions to the sell-side with customers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
