t1ps Investment Management (IoM) Limited is an Isle of Man based subsidiary of Rivington Street Holding plc. The company provides investment management services to a range of funds and companies.

Currently, it manages three OEICs (Open-Ended Investment Companies), five EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme) Funds and three Investment Vehicles.

The SF t1ps Smaller Companies Growth Fund was launched in November 2007 and it invests in small caps listed on LSE and PLUS Markets. On a three-year view the Fund has increased in value by 89.3% been ranked as the sixth best (out of 2840) Fund in the UK (Source: trustnet.com, 09/02/2011).

The SF t1ps Smaller Companies Gold Fund was launched in July 2009. On a year-to-date view the Fund is the best performing (out of 2840) Fund in the UK (Source:trustnet.com, 09/02/2011). The Fund invests in smaller companies involved in gold, silver and other precious metals exploration and mining. As at 09/02/2011 the Fund had £23.6m funds under management.

The recent launch of the Elite t1ps Smaller Companies Income & Growth Fund has brought t1ps Investment Management's total funds under management to a record high of £53.3 million, up from GBP24.2 million at the start of the financial year on September 1st 2010.
